ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT: We gladly accept Visa, MC, Paypal and Money Orders (US funds only). We do not accept checks.
ORDER PROCESSING: NBN Skincare works hard to provide you with the freshest product possible and to extend the shelf life. Therefore, please allow 3-5 business days to prepare your order for shipment, however, most orders are shipped within 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).
From to time, especially during busy holiday periods, your order may exceed this time frame. Also, if your particular order is not currently in stock,
please allow extra time for us to replenish our supplies . we will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know and we will do our best to work within your specified time frame.
*NBN Skincare reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notification that is deemed suspicious or fraudulent.
PRIVACY: NBN Skincare respects the privacy of visitors to our web site. We do not sell, rent or trade a customer's personal information to any third parties, unless in connection with legal requirements.
SHIPPING: We ship only in the continental United States via Fed-Ex. When your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Express shipping is available upon request.
*Please note that choosing a faster shipping method such as EXPRESS Air does NOT mean that your order will be processed faster at our facility, but is only for faster, guaranteed delivery once your package is shipped. All orders are processed in the order in which they were received.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Your business and your satisfaction is very important to us. If, for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your NBN Skincare order, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of merchandise, either by email or by phone at (859-462-4769)
We will be more than happy to discuss an equitable solution. Please note that opened and/or used products are non-returnable.
For your convenience, we offer inexpensive samples of our products and we encourage customers to try them before committing to full-sized products.
PRODUCT ACCURACY: NBN Skincare attempts to be as accurate as possible when describing or representing products on our web site. However, NBN Skincare does not warrant that the product descriptions, images, colors or other content on our site is complete, accurate, reliable, current or error free.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND COLORS: NBN Skincare uses high resolution digital photography and we make every attempt to represent our products accurately. However, due to the difference in computer monitor configurations and personal perceptions, we cannot guarantee that what your monitor displays is accurate. NBN Skincare offers inexpensive sample sizes for most products. We encourage customers to purchase samples before committing to full-sized product.
PRICING: Any and all prices on our web site are subject to change without prior notification.
SALES TAX: NBN Skincare is required by law to collect 6.00% sales tax for all Kentucky residents.
PRODUCT SAFETY: As with all natural products, especially those containing essential oils, and if you are pregnant,
